PVG Clinic

Scottish Fencing will run a PVG clinic from 12 noon until 1.30pm on the 7 of February at Caledonia House (this is prior to the AGM).

Anyone who is a member of Scottish Fencing and who needs a PVG can bring their completed form and three documents which confirm their identity. (The form lists Birth Certificate, Passport, Driving Licence, National ID card, National entitlement card -  Disclosure Scotland stipulates that one of these needs to have photograph). Scottish Fencing can then check the forms, complete the counter-signatory section and send the forms onto Disclosure Scotland directly. We hope this will quicken the process for clubs and will save volunteers posting copies of forms and evidence into the office.

We will have forms on the day so that people can complete them if necessary. If you would prefer us to send us out a form so you can complete it before you arrive email admin@scottish-fencing.com and we will post one to you. There are different forms for those who are existing PVG scheme members so please let us know if it is a renewal or new application form that you require.

We hope by having the clinic on the same day as the AGM clubs can send more than one representative to the AGM. We look forward to seeing you on the 7 of February.
