Scottish Fencing depends on the hard work and committment of volunteers for much of its work. Scottish Fencing and clubs cannot operate without an army of people giving their time and helping out! Our competitions and clubs all run with the help of volunteers.

There are lots of ways to get involved - helping to run competitions, maintaining websites, posting on social media, being a Team Manager or coach for squad events, being a director of Scottish Fencing or sitting on a club committee.

Time commitment could be once a year at one competition or annual event or year long such as posting social media.

In return, you can gain valuable volunteering experience, learn new skills and meet a wide range of new people.
