Here at Scottish Fencing we are moving into a new investment period with our majority funder sportscotland.

With this in mind, we felt this was an opportunity to think again about our long term goals.  The Board of Scottish Fencing formed a strategy sub-group under the leadership of Independent Director Gail Prince and the sub-group strategic recommendations for the next 6 years are enclosed here.

As President, I represent Scottish Fencing as its titular and functional head in all public affairs.

As Chairman, I chair all meetings of the Directors and all General Meetings of Scottish Fencing; I also work to deliver assurance that Scottish Fencing complies with all relevant governance and strives to identify and nurture best practice.

At Scottish Fencing we want children and young people to stay safe and have fun while taking part in fencing. Everyone involved in Scottish Fencing has a duty to safeguard the welfare of all children in their care.

2018 St Andrews Cadet and Junior Fencing Camp

The Junior Saints Fencing Camp will give participants aged 12 -17 years a fun introduction to the sport of fencing, incorporating lots of challenging physical and mental activity throughout the sessions.

2018 CFC selection

The documents below are the Men's and Women's Epee data which will be put to the selectors for the Commonwealth Championships in Canberra in November.  The other weapons will be posted as soon as possible after British Fencing publishes its July ranking lists.

Fencers who wish to make any representations should send them to performance@scottish-fencing.com and selection@scottish-fencing.com within ten days of the posting of the lists.
