Scottish Fencing Academy - Performance training

The second Scottish Fencing Academy Performance Training day is on the 9 October 2016 at Queen Anne High School Dunfermline.

Training is from 9am to 4pm and is a mix of sparring, technical and strength & conditioning. If you are a fencer who is looking:

  • to get on the ‘Pathway’ to being a successful International Fencer,
  • to learn new training methods with some of the best Coaches in Scotland,
  • to get expert Strength & Conditioning from a qualified Instructor,
  • to spar with new partners to develop your competitive fencing, and
  • to make new friends with Fencers from other clubs, who may well be your future Scottish Team-Mates

then the training day is for you. Training is also aimed at those who are already performance fencers.

Costs have risen slightly from last year (it is the first price rise in a while) to £27 for a full day of training. And is still good value for a full day of training from experts and experienced coaches.
