This is a refresher course for those coaches, parents, club helpers who have already have Safeguarding and Protecting Children certificate.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Actively promote a positive and child-centred coaching environment using key principles of relevant codes of practice/

Demonstrate knowledge and awareness of current national legislation relevant to your

Confidently recognise, respond to and make informed decisions about safeguarding

Consider a stepped approach to assist with decision making

Respond appropriately to a disclosure or concern

Time:   6pm to 9pm

Cost:    SF Members :£10, NonSF Members: £20
