Salle Ossian Awards

Salle Ossian is a charity dedicated to providing equipment, coaching and facilities to promote the the olympic sport of fencing. It operates primarily in Perthshire Scotland.

Scottish Open: change of date

The 2015 Scottish Open Fencing Tournament will now take place on the weekend 24-25 January 2015, not on 3-4 January as was previously announced. Further details will appear soon.

U15 Selection Challenge Wratislavia

Attention Scottish U15 Fencers!

The first selection event for the Scotland U15 squad to fence at Challenge Wratislavia in Poland next year will take place on Saturday 1st November.  Please keep this day free if you want to qualify for the National U15 squad - details and entry forms will be circulated in the next few days.  Keep watching the website for updates.

Staff Changes

We are delighted to welcome Elizabeth (Liz) Anderson, née Roy, to the staff of Scottish Fencing. Liz is the new Executive Administrator in charge of Scottish Fencing's office; the previous administrator Alan Loveland is to retire at the end of December.

The Aberdeen Open

The Aberdeen Open, formerly known as the Doric Open, will be taking place on the weekend 28-29 March in 2015.
