The office has had a tidy and we now have some metal filing cabinets which are free to Scottish Fencing members who can uplift them. We have two in excellent condition: one four drawer cabinet with a key and one three drawer without a key. There is also another four drawer filing cabinet which "works" the drawers are not quite so free moving but probaby only needs some basic maintenance. All are free to any Scottish Fencing member who would like one but you will need to be able to uplift them during office hours.
Alan Loveland, who retired as Scottish Fencing's administrator at the end of 2014, received a pocket watch at this year's Scottish Open. The watch was presented by SF President Chris Hyde and is a token of the board's appreciation for the 10 years of dedicated service that Alan provided.
